Overview:

PSCC Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a Marketing Specialist Engineer at PSCC, you will play a crucial role in promoting our engineering and construction services, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote PSCC Contracting Company’s engineering and construction services and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and project management, to create targeted marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies that highlight our technical expertise.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media campaigns, to increase online presence and generate leads.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote PSCC Contracting Company and establish new relationships.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support to the marketing team, ensuring accurate representation of PSCC’s engineering capabilities and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to ensure adherence to professional standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and engineering, preferably in the contracting and construction sectors.
• Proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to industry events, conferences, and client meetings, as required.
