Overview:

PSCC Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a Concrete Supervisor at PSCC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing concrete construction projects, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in project supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee concrete construction projects, managing crews and coordinating with other trades to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Develop and implement project schedules, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure that concrete work is completed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
• Maintain a safe work environment, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address project issues, maintain relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on supervision and project management.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Proficient in the use of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, as required.
