These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by PSCC Contracting Company (“PSCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our services.

1. Services: PSCC provides a range of contracting services, including design, construction, and project management. We will provide the services in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable care and skill.
2. Payment: You agree to pay us the fees for the services as set forth in the contract or agreement between you and PSCC. We may require a deposit or partial payment in advance. If you fail to pay us on time, we reserve the right to terminate the services or suspend work until payment is made.
3. Change Orders: If you request changes to the scope of work, we will provide you with a written estimate of the additional costs and time required for the changes. We will not proceed with any changes until you have approved the estimate.
4. Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, labor disputes, or material shortages. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and complete the work within the agreed-upon timeframe.
5. Warranty: We warrant that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If any defects or deficiencies are discovered in our work, we will make reasonable efforts to remedy them promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising from or related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the services upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you agree to pay us for all services performed up to the date of termination.
8. Intellectual Property: We retain ownership of all intellectual property created in the course of providing the services, including designs, drawings, and other materials. You agree not to use or reproduce any such intellectual property without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are performed.
10. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PSCC and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
