Overview:

PSCC Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a Sales Engineer at PSCC, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our engineering and construction services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and market trends, to expand the company’s client base.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, including detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, and project timelines, to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to ensure the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to ensure adherence to professional standards and continuous improvement.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into contracts and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote PSCC Contracting Company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and engineering, preferably in the contracting and construction sectors.
• Proven track record in sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings, project sites, and industry events, as required.
